WHAT’S WRONG DUO is a collaboration between Sandra Berghianu and Julien Hauchecorne, working across ceramics, furniture, and interior design.

Based in Bucharest and Zurich, they collaborate remotely, pushing and complementing each other while exploring alternative ways of working with clay. Their creative process unfolds across studios and screens, blending distinct perspectives through meticulous research and playful experimentation.

Together, they craft objects that sit between art and function—tactile pieces that embrace process, unpredictability, and material exploration.

Their work deliberately challenges conventional aesthetics, welcoming the unfinished, elements of kitsch, and a spirit of constant experimentation.
